Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday – Friday will usually ship out the same day depending on stock availability and time of the order placed, otherwise the goods generally ship the following day. As many of our products are made fresh to order, please allow additional time for these orders to be processed . Any orders placed on Saturday or on Sunday will ship out on the following Monday. Big Vapes does not ship packages during any of the major Australian holidays. All orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Although we strive to maintain these guidelines, there are inevitably times that order volume, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from shipping your package on the exact day it might be expected.

For large orders totalling 1000ml or more, please expect an extended turn around time of 3 standard business days dependent on the size of your order.

Order confirmations will be emailed to the address you have on file under my account. If you have not received a confirmation by email within 15 minutes of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder in case of redirection by your email provider.

Also, please ensure you provide us with a valid email address free from accidental misspellings. You can review the spelling of your email address in the My Account section of our website.

All shipping is done via Australia Post, TNT, Fastway Couriers and or any selected courier that’s available to us based on your location. We reserve the right to choose the carrier of our choice. Big Vapes will provide tracking information via email when your order ships. Updating of tracking numbers will be done as soon as possible, note there can be delays in third party systems that process tracking numbers.

Big Vapes is not held responsible for the lateness of a delivery for an order as it’s sent via a 3rd party company ( Courier).  We do not offer refunds or returns due to any delays or misdeliveries caused by 3rd party carriers.

PO BOXES and LOCKED bags are welcome, however do note that couriers do not deliver to these and there might be delays on goods being sent as they need to be processed manually.

We do not Authorise to leave parcel unless you have instructed us to do so, this can be done in the comments box while placing your order. if you choose to ask for ATL (Authority to Leave) those parcels are not covered by our carriers insurance so therefore you agree that if a parcel is stolen, it will be at your own risk and expense.

In addition, international orders may be subject to import taxes and/or duty fees according to your location. These taxes and/or fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that although tracking numbers are provided for every shipment, not all shipments continue to track once they leave the Australia. This is based strictly on the tracking capabilities of your local post carrier.

NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please make sure you are fully aware of your country’s laws regarding e-liquid/e-cigarette importation before making a purchase. Although we do ship to almost every country in the world, Big Vapes will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs or other law enforcement officials. Big Vapes is unaware of the current laws and regulations outside of the Australia.  The buyer will assume all risk associated with their international purchase.
